More than four decades ago
It began with a Vespa, a few boxes and one clear idea.
Moshe Harari was an employee then. Each morning he collected goods, loaded them onto his Vespa and rode between factories. He came to know the buyers, production managers and the moment when one small part number could stop an entire line.
On those journeys, Moshe realized he wanted to build a different kind of technical supply house: one that did not simply sell products, but delivered the best service in the field. Be available. Listen. Find a solution. Keep a promise.
That is how Shanel began. Today we are a long-established family business with a team that knows Israeli industry up close. The products have advanced and our customers now make parts for aircraft, medical systems and tomorrow’s technologies — but Moshe’s promise has never changed.
